FSP Teil 3 tests the doctor-to-doctor consultation: candidates must present a patient case, discuss differential diagnoses, and defend a treatment plan — all in fluent medical German. The 20-minute exam requires B2/C1 language proficiency and the ability to handle probing follow-up questions from an examiner. Without a realistic practice partner, candidates had no way to build this skill.
Dr. Present simulates the complete Teil 3 experience. It provides a case briefing with anamnesis results and findings, then conducts a live voice consultation where an AI senior physician asks follow-up questions about differential diagnoses and therapy. Users choose from 5 examiner personality types — from supportive to strict — across 150+ case scenarios. Performance is scored on patient presentation, medical language, and discussion ability.
