11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services and all AI Output are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Medical, educational, and outcome-related disclaimers in the Disclaimer page apply.

14. Term, suspension, and termination
- You may stop using the Services at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate access to the website for breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, legal requirements, or risk to the Services or other users.
- Certain provisions (for example intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) survive.

We may update these Terms as the Services, our providers, or legal obligations change. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised last-updated date and, where appropriate, notified to account holders. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing law and disputes
